Creative Director | Editor | Audio Engineer | Documentary Filmmaker | Touring Photographer/Videographer

(Scope of Work and Descriptions below)

  • A Creative Director is the leader of a creative team and is responsible for keeping a project, film, or brand campaign aligned with a cohesive visual style. I’ve worked in highly collaborative roles that not only required leading a team well but also taking direction from other directors and managers.

As a creative director at Dark Sky, the “Legacy” Documentary series has been an annual project that reflects the show theme and incorporates unique marketing and branding.

I’ve also had the opportunity to lead projects that included directing teams of videographers, gaffers, and production assistants on sets of music videos, documentaries, and Youtube series.

  • As an editor, I’m able to manage and organize both video and audio files to create a compelling story for my client(s). I have experience editing and coloring in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lumetri Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. I also have ample experience editing audio with Adobe’s “Bridge” system, which seamlessly integrates Adobe Audition Files into Premiere Pro Projects.

I have experience with transition effects, logo openers/closers, Call-to-action buttons, branding, Closed Captions, Color Correcting, Camera Matching, Multi-Cam Editing, Social Media Reformatting, and much more.

  • I’ve worked on projects as an audio engineer and specialist since my time in college back in 2015. I started my journey by recording audio for my colleagues in the music department and eventually excelled in my classes in audio engineering as I practiced recording, editing, processing, and mastering.

Throughout the years, I’ve produced podcasts, recorded instrumentalists live and in the studio, and even built a mobile recording setup I’ve used on tour. My scope of audio work ranges from individual artists to bands with 3-6 members and even large ensembles that range from 80-100+ members.

I have experience editing audio for Podcasts, Videos, and Studio Recordings. I’ve processed, cleaned, mixed, and mastered programs like Adobe Audition, ProTools, Logic Pro X, Garageband, Ferrite, and more.

You can listen to my range of podcasts and hear my audio work with Dark Sky Percussion, I.E. Chrome Productions, and The Blue Devils (I’m particularly proud of my skills in recording their “in the lot” videos as those environments were the most challenging)

  • Documentary filmmaking has become a recent passion of mine. Discovering the beautiful inspiration that drives one to accomplish their goals is merely the surface of what we see; I’m inspired by the process behind the success.

My goal is to capture and document the intimate moments that create an arc of tales that lead to a story of inspiration. The casual moments, the candid moments, the humanity in struggle and survival that comes when we’re working to achieve a goal.

I’ve spent years working on set as a PA, camera operator, interviewer, assistant editor, and filmmaker for documentaries. My scope of work ranges from series such as “insideBD360”, Dark Sky’s “Legacy” Series, HBO documentaries such as “The Unbreakable,” the artist interview series “Half Past Midnight,” and various behind-the-scenes projects.

  • I’ve toured the U.S. with multiple bands and entertainment groups starting in 2018. My work as a touring photographer has been commended in the company I’ve worked for as the “Best-of” the week shots for multiple seasons.

I’ve worked for Kids Artistic Revue as a touring photographer and production assistant, photographing hundreds of dance competitions every weekend nationwide. I’d set up my station, format my CF cards, and prepare to capture memories for the performers and their families. I’d shoot anywhere from 700-1000+ every weekend, manage CF cards, document the best shots of the competition, and sort through the best for social media posts.

In 2023 I was contracted with the “Digital Content Creator role,” which allowed me to photograph the 21-time World Champions “The Blue Devils” Drum and Bugle Corps during their 2023 Season.
